# How to stake $FEVR tokens

Learn step by step how to find our staking pools to start using them

**Step 1 -** Understand what staking pools are available and how they work by checking the previous [article](/realfevr/usdfevr-token/what-is-usdfevr/staking-pools.md).

**Step 2 -** Go to our website and choose the "Staking" option, located on the dropdown menu by clicking "$FEVR", or directly through [here](https://staking.realfevr.com/).

**Step 3 -** Connect your Web3 wallet (MetaMask, Wallet Connect, Trust Wallet)

**Step 4 -** Choose the network and pool where you wish to stake in, and select the "**Enable pool**" option

**Step 5 -** Once you’ve given permission for the staking contract to spend your tokens, you can deposit FEVR tokens into the staking pool, so define the number of FEVR tokens you want to deposit into the staking pool.

**Step 6 -** Subscribe to the pool, and you're done!

* <mark style="color:yellow;">**BNB**</mark> to process transactions in the BNB Chain network
* <mark style="color:blue;">**ETH**</mark> to process transactions in the Ethereum network
* <mark style="color:purple;">**MATIC**</mark> to process transactions in the Polygon network
* <mark style="color:red;">**AVAX**</mark> to process transactions in the Avalanche network
