Nevertheless, in private leagues, the commissioner will be the final decision maker regarding all matters presented by the members of that league. * We monitor all actions in each competition since the beginning, so it's easy for us to validate any misconduct happening at any given time, but users that have knowledge of any foul play can, and should, report it as soon as possible. * The punishment given to offenders will always be associated with the severity of the actions.
